How local screening data and privacy-limited website analytics are handled

ADHD Test Online keeps screening answers and results in your browser. The site uses privacy-limited GA4 and two self-hosted Umami page analytics instances, but does not send questionnaire answers, scores, or result levels to any of these services.
Screening Answers Stay on Your Device
Standard answers, original context answers, selected topics, reports, optional notes, observer links and one-week action records are processed in your browser and saved in this site’s local storage. They are not uploaded, placed in URLs, or sent to analytics. Reports use local rules; answers are not sent to a generative AI service.
Local Storage Is Not a Tracking Cookie
Local storage lets you resume, revisit reports and record an experiment on the same browser. The report controls can delete one assessment with its notes and action record, or all assessment data including older saved answers. If storage is unavailable, the site keeps work in the open tab and offers printing; reloading or closing may lose it. Clearing site data or using a shared browser affects who can access saved records.
Privacy-Limited Website Analytics
GA4 is configured with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied. This prevents GA4 from reading or writing analytics and advertising cookies while allowing cookieless page measurements. Both Umami instances record ordinary page-view information. These services may process the page URL, title, referrer, browser or device details, language, screen size, timestamp, IP or other routine request data. We do not send test answers, scores, result levels, names, email addresses, or custom test events to analytics.
Hosting and Security Logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process routine request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, timestamp, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Screening answers and result scores are not part of those requests.
No Advertising
This version of the site displays no advertising and loads no advertising scripts. We do not use answers, scores or health information to build advertising audiences. The page analytics described above are separate from the assessment data saved in your browser. If advertising is introduced later, we will update this policy and the relevant controls before enabling it.
Children's Privacy
The child SNAP-IV form is intended for a parent, caregiver, or teacher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the form does not ask for a child's name, contact details, school, or other identifying information.
Your Control
We cannot retrieve or delete these records from a server. You choose whether to copy a summary, print a PDF or export a local JSON file. Exported files include the selected assessment and action record; keep or share them deliberately. Importing reads compatible files locally. The default share control copies only a blank questionnaire link. Notes are included in a printed or copied summary only when you select that option. We do not contact other observers or clinicians.
Policy Changes
If site practices change, this page will be updated with the real modification date. Any future feature that sends screening data off the device would require clear notice and a separate privacy review before release.
